The Team
IAN - Director
Ian McColm has been involved in the entertainment industry for the past twenty years as a performer, administrator, director and writer. He has been trained in Theatresports and uses these improvisation skills to develop new and entertaining characters for corporate and children’s performances. Ian has also used these skills as a trainer for both high school students and adults to develop acting skills but also an icebreaker for corporations looking for a unique team building experience.

JULIET - Director
Juliet Scrine has over 25 years experience as a performer and director in many different genres. Juliet has produced and directed various events including Shellharbour’s Carols by Candlelight, Mayoress Fashion Parades, The Kidwish Christmas Party, Wollongong Architectual Awards, Illawarra Tourism Awards, The Work Directions launch in Campbelltown, The Kiama Seaside Festival, The Olympic Torch Relay Celebrations in Wollongong, Party of the Centuries 2000 at WIN Stadium, and the Johnny Warren, Kick a Goal for Cancer fundraiser night at Sydney Town Hall.
She also works as a marketing trainer and speaker and has also made many presentations to community and youth organisations discussing marketing and entertainment industry.
KAREN COBBAN - Performer and educational advisor
Karen has been involved with film and theatre for over fifteen years. She trained at The Australian Academy of Dramatic Art and TheActor’s Centre, as well as a shortcourse in Voiceover at AFTARS.
She has appeared in a number of theatrical productions. Most recently, “Political Fiction” by Geoffrey Sykes, at the Old Fitzroy Theatre and “The Shadowbox”, a Michael Godbee Production at IPAC .
Karen has also appeared as a featured artist in a number of commercials, short films and Television guest roles, most recently, “All Saints” for Network Seven.
Karen is also a trained teacher with over 20 years experience. She trained at Kuring-gai CAE and has a Diploma in Education. She specializes in Primary K-6 but has worked in high schools. Karen currently teaches on a part-time basis specializing in Creative and Performing Arts.
CAMERON SHARP - Performer and writer:
Cameron Sharp performs regularly in environmentally focused productions with Eaton Gorge Theatre Co and the Wollongong Botanic Gardens Discovery Centre.
Other credits include Theatre L.O.T.E’s Production of Pinocchio, stints with New Theatre in Sydney and numerous Wollongong Workshop Theatre Productions.
He has written numerous children’s plays, adult dramas and created and performed in several satirical political cabaret shows.
In his ‘other life’ he designs and creates low-water native gardens.
ANN BURBROOK - Performer and Workshop facilitator

Ann has survived Australia’s two most prestigious performing arts training institutions – The Australian Ballet School and NIDA and performed on stage, film, television and radio.
As a dancer she worked with companies including the Queensland Ballet and the Australian Ballet.
Since her graduation from the NIDA acting course she has worked with companies including The Sydney Theatre Company, Melbourne Theatre Company and the Ensemble Theatre as well as working with many independent theatre companies and running her own small company. She has also appeared extensively on television, worked in a handful of short and feature films and is in demand as a voice over artist.
Since moving to the Illawarra in 1998 she has worked as Artistic Director and Company Manager of Theatre South, General Manager and Project officer for Circus Monoxide, taught dance and drama for a number of youth projects and in schools and worked as a motivational speaker.
She has been working in the corporate training field since 2003 appearing at conferences throughout Australia.
SUSAN KENNEDY - Performer and Business Development Manager

Susan started with the Eaton Gorge Theatre Comapny in 2010 and since then has been instrumental in the growth of the company as an actor, teacher and creator of new works. Susan looks forward to her directoral role in the next EGTC production in July 2011.
COREY PICKETT - Performer and Comedic Consultant

Corey Pickett has been involved in over 40 productions, onstage, backstage, light and sound designer/operator and directing sme of these include: Southern Stars, State Drama Festival, music nights, drama nights, Shakespeare Festival, Wollongong Eisteddfods, monologue nights, drama showcase, pilot marking for 2009 High School Certificate drama exams and Circus Monoxide performance with Shellharbour city council.
Corey is also an accomplished Juggler, Fire Twirler, Diabolist and unicyclist, has also performed in stand up comedy performances, and was been nominated for onstage, 2010.
He recently has been awarded best featured actor in a youth musical at the Canberra Area Theatre awards (CAT awards) for his role of Cogsworth in Beauty and the Beast and was placed on the honours list in the 2010 board of studies Encore program for his work on his VIVA VOCE in the 2010 HSC. Corey now works for EGTC running drama classes and beanie Kid birthday parties.
.His final love is the piano accordion and wishes to push this instrument onto the world.
MCKENZEE SCRINE - Performer and Social networking Co-ordinater

McKenzee is currently attending Wollongong high School of the Performing Arts and loving it!
She has been in over 20 musicals and straight plays including such classics as Seven Little Australians (as Baby) when she was 5 and Beauty and the Beast (Silly Girl) in 2010. McKenzee has worked with a variety of text types ranging from Shakespeare to Harold Pinter and has performed in a variety of venues from the street to arenas.
McKenzee has recently been cast in the NIDA production of Cloudbusting and has attended a variety of courses there in a mixture of areas such as acting, film production and costume design and making.
At the moment McKenzee is working hard to get through her senior years and her 5 major works without having a mental breakdown.
